This is the requested follow up book to

Cupid was originally meant to be a standalone romantic comedy for Valentine's Day.
Everyone wanted to know more about Clea's best friend, Becs and Houston's brother, Austin. Ghosted by Texas is their book!
It is more dramedy than comedy (for obvious reasons if you already read book 1).
For everyone who didn't preorder, the book will be available on our the Moonlit Dreams Publication website, Kobo, Smashwords, and Google Play's Book Store on October 4, 2022 (or Oct. 3, 2022, depending on where you live, due to keeping up with worldwide time zones). It will be available everywhere else (Barnes & Noble, iBooks, Scribd, and more) within a week of release (as they have a longer approval time for issuing live links).
About the Book:
Austin
Loyalty to a life-long friendship cost me everything!
I wasn’t sure if Becs would ever allow me to atone for my screwups, but I was going to use every trick in the book to earn the only treat I ever wanted. Her!
Becs
My heart ached for the loss of the man I once loved.
It ached even more when I found out I was carrying his baby.
Finding out the reason he ghosted me... Made my heart hurt worse.
He had been tricked.
Could I love a ghost?
There was only one way to find out.
This book is 93,678 words long, which is quite a bit longer than Cupid Broke my Heart!
Fair warning: Before you start this book, you need to read the Author's Notes section, as it includes important information! I'll post it here as well:
From the Author's Note in the book:
These books were made to be told from one point of view only. I thought you guys deserved to see Austin’s POV for a couple scenes though. It’s not included in the main body of the story, so as not to ruin the way the book was intended to be written. Instead, you have an interactive choice.
Read through the book as written and ignore the Chapter 5 and 12 bonus scenes from Austin’s point of view.
Stop at the end of Chapter 5, and click the link at the end of the chapter, to read the bonus scene. There will be another link at he end of the bonus scene to bring you straight back to Chapter 6. (If read this way, Austin’s POV is in keeping with the timeline of the story, as if it had been written in where it belonged). Rinse and repeat for Chapter 12 bonus material.
Wait until you finish the book and then read the bonus scenes.
There are no wrong choices, as long as you enjoy your reading experience!
For those of you who wish there were more bonus scenes:
Chapter 14 doesn’t have a bonus scene at the end of the book, but it was sort of already written in Cupid Broke my Heart (from Clea’s perspective). If you’re curious, and want to revisit that scene, you can check it out in Chapter 10, near the end of the chapter. For those of you who like to use the search feature in e-readers to make things easier, type in:
Houston set me down
And read the rest of Chapter 10 from that point in Cupid Broke my Heart. You will see what happened with Austin after Becs left the scene (through Clea's eyes).
Happy Reading!
